Rental Policies
Reservation:
Your instant Online Reservation will automatically put the villa on hold for 5 days free of charge, until the rental agreement is signed and payment is received. First come first served. There are NO penalties for canceling the reservation before the agreement is signed and payment is received or the hold will be automatically released after 5 days.
Payment Options:
Personal check, Bank & Wire Transfers. Add 5% convenience charge for Visa, MasterCard and PayPal,Lodging Tax & Local Fees: 14% Required Stay:
3 days Cancellation Policy: 50% Refund before 45 days. No refund if cancellation is within 45 days of arrival. We highly recommend vacation
insurance to insure your entire vacation including the car rental. See the Insurance section in the
Get-to-It tab. Deposits: A 50% deposit is due upon reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to
the arrival date. Refundable Deposit: There is a $500 USD security deposit due with balance, which will be refunded ASAP as long as there are no damages.
*Other Fees: $180 per week will be applied to each guest over 10 guests. Children 5 & under are free. Maximum
Occupancy: 15 guests. |
